This Security Policy outlines the protocols for handling data provided by clients of We Be Leads in accordance with our Supply and Support Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) or through the use of our services and websites. By using our software, services, or websites, or by entering into an Agreement with We Be Leads, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please refrain from using our services or websites.

Data Storage and Infrastructure

We Be Leads operates as a cloud-based solution, with all software and client data hosted on Westferry servers powered by the IONOS VPS platform. IONOS is a reputable Virtual Private Server (VPS) provider, offering robust security and reliability. Their data centres maintain ISO 27001 certification, demonstrating compliance with international standards for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and a commitment to effectively managing information security risks.

In addition to ISO 27001 compliance, IONOS employs comprehensive security measures, including:

Firewall management

Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)

Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) protection

Encrypted remote access

These measures are designed to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.

European Union & United Kingdom: Dublin, Ireland

Australia & New Zealand: Sydney, Australia

United States: Northern Virginia, USA

Canada: Domestic data centres

We Be Leads leverages IONOS’s infrastructure while adhering to industry best practices in information security.

Data Breach Notification Protocol

In the event of a data breach involving client information, We Be Leads will promptly notify affected clients in writing upon becoming aware of the incident. Any detected vulnerabilities or public exposure of client data outside Westferry services should be reported immediately via email.

Data Encryption

Access to We Be Leads applications is secured via HTTPS using Transport Layer Security (TLS). All client data transmitted to the cloud infrastructure is encrypted at rest using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) with 256-bit keys (AES-256).

Service Availability and Redundancy

We Be Leads is designed as a highly available, active-active system distributed across multiple IONOS data centres. In the event of a disaster impacting one data centre, another will continue to operate, ensuring minimal or no interruption in service. We Be Leads assumes no liability for delays arising from IONOS server availability. Real-time service status can be monitored on our status page.

API Security

We implement strict security measures to protect all Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) from unauthorized access and malicious activity, including account takeover attempts, credential stuffing, content scraping, and denial-of-service attacks. Secure API access is provided only via the We Be Leads Desktop App, Mobile App, Web App, and Marketplace integrations. Unauthorized applications or integrations will result in IP address blocking and account suspension.

Backup Policy

We Be Leads servers undergo regular backups multiple times daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure data integrity and recovery.

System Monitoring

We employ 24/7 monitoring to maintain the operational integrity and security of our systems.

Authorization and Data Provision

If you provide personal or sensitive data relating to others, either directly via our websites or through our software, you affirm that you have the necessary authority to do so and grant permission for We Be Leads to use or host this data.

Account Access

To protect client information, We Be Leads reserves the right to suspend access to any service without prior notice if a security breach is suspected. Unauthorized access to password-protected areas is strictly prohibited and may lead to criminal prosecution.
