By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of We Be Lead, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

We Be Lead provides:

  • Lead generation (keyword, country, and city-based)

  • Email campaign management

  • CSV export functionality

  • WhatsApp manual templates (in paid packages)

We may update or improve these features from time to time.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • We offer a 7-day free trial with limited features (100 leads, 200 emails).

  • Paid packages must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Pricing and features are subject to change, but we will notify users in advance.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for spam, fraudulent, or unlawful activities.

  • Misuse the lead generation or email campaign tools for unsolicited bulk messaging that violates data protection or anti-spam laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform’s functionality.

6. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, code, features, and designs of We Be Lead are owned by We Be Next.

  • You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide the platform “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

  • We Be Next shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
